But to you, I’m just Brian. Fancy titles aside, my mission is to equip and encourage pastors and leaders to thrive. I’ve served as a pastor for over 30 years in large and mid-sized churches and was a Bible college dean. It’s no secret that pastors need more help than ever before.

I have been strengthening pastors and churches for decades in 20 countries across the world. When I’m not travelling as a missionary, I serve as a pastoral and church consultant, provide professional pastoral supervision, mentoring and counselling. You can think of me as an ‘alongsider’, like Barnabas.
